Archived Deposit
This deposit applies to tailor-made garments, products, or alterations. It will be subtracted from the total construction cost. The final price includes shipping, materials, time, and labor costs.

Important Notes on Your Custom Project
Deposit/Consultation:
All custom projects begin with a nonrefundable deposit/consultation fee via PayPal. This consultation secures your appointment and will involve taking measurements, discussing your vision in more detail, reviewing fabric options, and finalizing the design sketch. You’ll also receive a contract outlining the customs process. Instructions on how to schedule and pay for your consultation will be provided via email along with your price estimate.
Payment Schedule:
A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required prior to starting on your garment. The remaining balance is due after your consultation but before we begin construction on your item. The full payment schedule, along with budget breakdowns and fitting details, will be included in your contract.
Pricing Estimates:
Please note that the pricing provided in this form is an estimate. The final price will be confirmed when you sign the contract. Pricing is based on shipping, materials, labor, and time involved.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
As all garments are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason. However, we are committed to making this a great experience for you, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns during the process.
Alterations Note:
Alterations to damaged clothing to adjust the fit are welcome. However, reworking a garment into a new custom design is considered a separate service and will be priced accordingly.
